Collaboration inquiries
The Center for Practice Based Art Studies is a new research centre with a small and dynamic staff from different fields of practice and levels of experience. We both activate and research our communities of practice, and we support early career researchers in the field.
We welcome proposals for collaboration and partnership, and we evaluate such proposals at our regular research meetings. If you would like to make a collaboration or partnership proposal to us, please send an outline of your project to Christian Hald Foghmar in the first instance. We will endeavour to evaluate it within three months of receipt. The project proposal should be structured around the following model:
- Project title
- Project participants (individual researchers, groups, collectives, institutions)
- Project outline (1000 words maximum)
- Research Questions and Methods (this should be practice-specific)
- Budget (this should include information about funders, fundraising and costs)
- Project Management (how do you foresee the project being managed from your side and what do you expect from PASS?)
- Why PASS?
- Is there a particular research strand in PASS's activities that has drawn you to get in touch with us?
- Which of PASS's major constituencies will be involved in or addressed by the project?
- How will the project serve the development of early career researchers in practice-based research? (cohort creation, methods modelling, teaching, etc)
If you are a doctoral student, a postdoc, an artist-researcher or an independent researcher wishing to affiliate yourself with PASS, please get in touch. We have an affiliation model for individuals that accommodates different levels of contribution to and benefit from, PASS's activities.
Please note that we currently do not have the capacity or ability to award more PhD, postdoc or other individual scholarships in the field
Vacancies will be posted on the University of Copenhagen Job Portal and other digital platforms.
